Promoting Your Events in the Fashion Calendar

If you have an event that you would like to promote, list it in the Austin Fashion Calendar.

You can add and manage your events any time, as often as you want, from your Membership Admin Area.

Login: You can access the Membership Admin Area in several ways.

Through the Austin Fashion Directory:

click the Member Login button.

Through the Fashionably Austin web site:
www.fashionablyaustin.com
Click on Fashion Industry Directory in the navigation.
Choose Member Login
the Member Login button.

Manage Events : Click the Manage Events button in your Membership Admin Area to add a new event or view your previous events.

Add Event: Click this button to add a new event.

• Network: Choose your city.

• Event Name: List the name of your event.

• Location: List the venue - not the address.

• Address Info: List the full address of the venue. A Google Map link will be added to your listing so it must be exact.

• Display Date: EX: Monday, January 1, 2010

• Display Time: EX: 7pm - 10pm

• Start Date: Select the date of the event.

• End Date: Select the day after the event so it will disappear from the directory.

• Web Site: Where can people get more info abou the event?

• Contact: Who is the contact person for the event?

• Contact Email: Put in email of the contact person. This will not be displayed to protect you from spam. Instead an email link will appear for the user to click and send you a message through our contact system.

• Contact Phone: If you don't want phone calls, don't list a phone number.

• Event Description: Describe your event, but please keep it short. Excessively long descriptions will be edited.

View Events: Click this button to view events you've already entered. You can modify or delete the event.

You can see your event in the Austin Fashion Calendar by going to www.fashionablyaustin.com and clicking the Austin Fashion Calendar button or use our easy to remember url www.austinfashioncalendar.com.
